					<description>I use a tool called Artemis Pro to submit articles. One of the things in Artemis is to submit modified versions of the same article, so Google will not call 2 people posting the same article duplicate submissions. Since you multilanguage optimisation and the Yank in me would say Multilingual optimization I can see the same article with 2 kinds of English. 
Heck, let's add Canadian and call it optomating fer different languages, eh.</description>

					<description>I guess it depends on the language too. If you're able to offer your service in a popular language (chinese for example) then its going to be worth it, but how many people will search for your services in the language you want to add to the site.
It may be good from a public relations point of view to have a Welsh translation (for example) but not really from a search point of view.</description>
