Thanks very much – I was able to get through to the customer services rep pretty easily and resolve a somewhat urgent matter. Its so much better speaking with a real human rather than simple sending emails (that they take time to respond to)

Im afraid Google Adwords no longer accept telephone queries. I tried the telephone number you supplied and after putting in my customer number, but there is no response.

Im afraid Google Adwords no longer accept telephone queries. I tried the telephone number you supplied and after putting in my customer number, a recorded message redirected me back to the website help centre. They send harassing, threatening emails, but don’t supply you with any way of contacting them.

From the perspective of a company who is trying to sell something, I feel great about Google Dice. It may double, or even triple, the amount of hits you have in a day. Then again, the same may be said for your competition.
As a buyer, if I search on the Web for something, I already know what I want. No suggestions, please and thank you, Dice!
